"Protease Inhibitor Cocktail VI, EDTA-Free is a specially formulated cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of serine, cysteine, and aminopeptidases. A cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of serine, cysteine, aminopeptidases and metalloproteases. Recommended for general use. Note: One vial is recommended for the inhibition of proteases present in 20 g of cell extract. Reconstitute each vial in 100 mL D.I. water to obtain 100 mL of the cocktail solution. The reconstituted cocktail solution contains 2 mM of AEBSF HCl, 0.3 uM of Aprotinin, 14 uM of E-64, 1 uM of Leupeptin hemisulfate, and 130 uM of Bestatin."
