Biotinylated human HLA-A*02:01 complexed with beta-2 microglobulin and the MAGE-A3 peptide (KVAELVHFL). The monomeric complex is enzymatically biotinylated at an AviTag, produced in HEK293 cells, lyophilized for stability, and characterized by SEC-MALS and SDS-PAGE for use in binding assays, immunology studies, and reagent development.
