Human HLA-A*11:01 & B2M & KRASG12D (VVGADGVGK) Complex Protein is a monomeric MHC class I complex composed of the HLA-A*11:01 heavy chain, beta-2-microglobulin, and the KRAS G12D-derived peptide. It is expressed in HEK293 cells, carries a C-terminal His tag, and is provided lyophilized for biophysical and bioactivity applications.
- Expressed in human 293 cells (HEK293).
- Contains residues Gly 25-Thr 305 (HLA-A*11:01) and Ile 21-Met 119 (B2M), plus peptide VVGADGVGK.
- C-terminal polyhistidine tag for purification or detection.
