Recombinant human HLA-A*11:01 and beta-2 microglobulin (B2M) complexed with the KRASG12V peptide (VVGAVGVGK). Produced in HEK293 cells, the product is supplied lyophilized with a C-terminal His tag and verified as a monomer by SEC-MALS for use in antigen presentation and antibody-binding assays.

  • Format: complex protein, monomer verified by SEC-MALS.
  • Purity: greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE and SEC-MALS.
