Biotinylated Human HLA-A*11:01 & B2M & KRAS G12D (VVGADGVGK) complex protein is a monomeric MHC class I complex, co-expressed and loaded with the KRAS G12D peptide. It is site-specifically enzymatically biotinylated, supplied lyophilized (200 μg), and validated for binding assays including ELISA and SPR.

  • Monomeric MHC class I complex comprising HLA-A*11:01, beta-2 microglobulin, and KRAS G12D peptide.
  • Expressed in human HEK293 cells to preserve mammalian glycosylation.
  • Site-specific enzymatic biotinylation for consistent capture on streptavidin surfaces.
  • Supplied lyophilized (200 μg) formulated in PBS with trehalose for stability.
  • Purity greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE and by SEC-MALS; monomeric state verified by MALS.
