This monoclonal antibody targets Cathepsin L, a lysosomal proteinase. It plays an intracellular role in normal intestinal epithelial polarization and initiation of neoplasia. Additionally, it improves cardiac function and inhibits cardiac hypertrophy, inflammation, and fibrosis by blocking AKT/GSK3B signaling.
