Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain PGO2330 is a whole-genome sequenced, multidrug-resistant strain that was isolated from a human sputum sample. It was collected from a cystic fibrosis patient during a Phase III clinical trial that tested the effectiveness of aerosolized Tobi (Tobramycin). It has applications in antimicrobial resistance research and drug development.
