Pseudomonas Isolation Agar, 10mL, 60x15mm Plates, 10/Pk is a selective culture medium formulated for the isolation and differentiation of Pseudomonas species, particularly Pseudomonas aeruginosa, from environmental, clinical, and industrial samples. The medium contains selective agents such as Irgasan (triclosan) that inhibit competing microorganisms while allowing Pseudomonas spp. to grow effectively. The formulation promotes the production of characteristic pigments that assist in visual identification of colonies. Each plate contains 10mL of sterile agar in a compact 60 x 15mm format suitable for routine microbiological testing.
