For a highly inert and unreactive seal use Thermo Scientific™ PTFE/Rubber Laminated Discs.

For a highly inert and unreactive seal use Thermo Scientific™ PTFE/Rubber Laminated Discs. Constructed of white pharmaceutical rubber with 5 mils of PTFE coating bonded to one side, they are excellent for use as cap liners when a highly inert nonreactive seal is desired. Discs are autoclavable with no loss of integrity after heating above 100 °C for five hours. Several sizes are available to fit Thermo Scientific™ Reacti-Vial™ Small Reaction Vials and Thermo Scientific™ Screw Cap Septum Vials.
