The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Gigaprep Kit typically isolates 12 mg of high quality, ultrapure plasmid DNA with inherently low endotoxin levels from 2.5 L of bacterial culture.

HiPure Expi anion exchange chromatography for plasmid purification
