Purple Hematoxylin, is designed for optimal performance when used together with the Mohs HRP-Green Kit. DBS’s Purple Hematoxylin is intended for use in the histologic demonstration of nuclear staining. This staining technique is used to make the critical distinction between a normal nucleus and an abnormal one. With Mohs HRP-Green kit, purple hematoxylin provides better contrast and cellular mophology than tranditional hematoxylin conterstains.
