The QBT Fatty Acid Uptake Assay Kit is a homogeneous, fluorescence-based assay for measuring live-cell fatty acid uptake kinetics and screening fatty acid transporters in high-throughput formats. The assay uses a fluorescent fatty acid analog with a quench reagent to reduce extracellular background and enable kinetic readings.
