Ideal for clarifying and removing particles of 20μm and larger, and in applications that do not require a low-ash or ashless paper.

  • Suitable for gravity, vacuum filtration systems and low suction filtration
  • Particle Retention: 20–25μm
  • Coarse porosity
  • Filtration Speed: Herzberg, 55 seconds
  • Flowrate: Fast—160mL/min.
  • Surface: Smooth, open texture

Not suitable for nitrogen analysis.

Applications:

Suitable for coarse and gelatinous precipitates. Retains Fe(OH)3, Al(OH)3, metallic sulfides, iron ores. For clarifying solutions, oils. For zinc analysis (Fe ppt removal). Size 19cm (09-804) widely used for sugar analysis.
