The Quant-iT PicoGreen ReadyPlate is a preloaded 96-well plate that offers a rapid, ultra-sensitive, and selective method for double-stranded DNA quantification. The plate is prefilled with buffer and PicoGreen reagent, which exhibits bright green fluorescence upon binding to DNA.

The streamlined assay protocol requires users to simply hydrate the wells, add the provided standards and user samples, and incubate for two minutes prior to fluorescent measurement. This format allows users to quantify 0.2–200 ng of DNA (0.002–2 ng/μL when using 100 μL samples).

The Quant-iT PicoGreen ReadyPlate is ideal for quantitating small amounts of DNA for many applications, including synthesizing cDNA for library production, quantifying DNA libraries for next-generation sequencing, and purifying DNA fragments for subcloning.
