The Quant-iT RiboGreen ReadyPlate is a preloaded 96-well plate that offers a rapid, simplified, and highly sensitive method for RNA quantification. The ReadyPlate is prefilled with buffer and RiboGreen reagent, which exhibits bright green fluorescence upon binding to RNA or DNA.

The streamlined assay format, along with prediluted standards, enables users to get to their results faster. Here, the user needs to simply hydrate the wells, add the provided standards and user samples, and incubate for two minutes prior to fluorescent measurement. This format allows users to quantify 1–200 ng of RNA (0.01–2 ng/μL when using 100 μL samples).

The Quant-iT RiboGreen ReadyPlate is ideal for measuring yields of RNA preparations for microarray experiments, reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR), differential display PCR, northern blot analysis, S1 nuclease assays, RNase protection assays, cDNA library preparations, and high-throughput automated workflows.
