A Quantab titrator consists of a thin, chemically inert plastic sheath. Laminated within the sheath is a strip impregnated with the components necessary to perform the individual titration. When the titrator is placed in the solution to be tested, fluid will rise up the strip by capillary action. A color change will occur on the strip, the height of which is proportional to the concentration of analyte present. The peak height is easily measured against a printed scale superimposed on the front side of the plastic sheath. Packaged 40 titrators/bottle.
