  • High sensitivity and specificity in determining active infection before and after eradication therapy
  • Can be used with various sample types, including fresh, frozen, Cary Blair, or C&S samples
  • Samples can be stored refrigerated or at room temperature for 96 hours
  • It uses human fecal specimens to aid in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection and to demonstrate loss of H. pylori antigen following treatment
