Substrate for Methionine Aminopeptidase 1, 1D and 2

  • Hydrolysis of Pro-AMC amide bond releases AMC, a highly fluorescent group
  • A fluorescence plate reader with excitation at 380nm and emission at 460nm is recommended for the measurement of the enzymatic activity
  • Excellent substrate for methionine aminopeptidases; after the enzymatic removal of the Met residue, the substrate can be cleaved by DPPIV/CD26-like enzymes
  • Purity >97% by TLC
