STEMCELL Technologies R848, Size: 10 mg

Supplier: STEMCELL Technologies 73782
Modify immune responses by mimicking the pathogen-associated molecular patterns that activate immune cells through TLR7 and TLR8 with R848, an agonist of Toll-like receptors (TLRs) 7 and 8. This immune modulator targets osteoclast precursors and inhibits their differentiation into osteoclasts via TLR7 (Miyamoto et al. Cytotechnology, 2012); and induces myeloid differentiation of CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells (Sioud et al. J Mol Biol, 2006). R848 is also used in immunology research to trigger the activation of human B cells (Bishop et al. J Immunol, 2000); induce expression of IL-12 and IFN-ɣ in mouse and human peripheral blood cell cultures (Wagner et al. Cell Immunol, 1999); and suppress HIV-1 replication in monocytes (Nian et al. BMC Infect Dis, 2012). R848 is supplied as a crystalline solid with ≥98% purity; Molecular weight 314.4 g/mol; CAS Number 144875-48-9. Visit STEMCELL.com for more information and related products.
