Made from thick, heavy-duty acrylic, each unit features a built-in cylinder key lock and tamper-resistant hinges to restrict access to authorized personnel. Designed for convenience, they safely store, handle, and transport small bottles, vials, and tubes. The spacious interior can be packed with crushed ice to keep samples cold and is freezer-safe to –70 °C. Rad-Lock Boxes attenuate beta emissions from isotopes such as P-32, C-14, H-3, and S-35, helping protect users from beta radiation.
