SPEED UP your GENOTYPING NO OVERNIGHT lysing Protocol: Extraction Solutions, included: 15 minutes then PCR as directed with supplied Radiant™ RED 2X mix During the quick 5 minute extraction process, DNA is released from the starting material by mixing the sample with ASI's proprietary Extraction Solution. This is followed by a 10 minute incubation at 95 degree to help inactivate proteins and genomic DNA. NO OVERNIGHT EXTRACTION. There is no need for mechanical disruption, organic extraction, column purification, or precipitation of the DNA.
