Raphin1 acetate is an orally bioavailable small-molecule inhibitor of the regulatory phosphatase PPP1R15B (R15B). It binds the R15B-PP1c holophosphatase with high affinity (Kd ≈ 33 nM), displays about 30-fold selectivity versus R15A-PP1c, and crosses the blood-brain barrier. The compound has shown reduction of molecular and organismal deficits in mouse models of protein misfolding disease and is supplied for research use in multiple small pack sizes.
- Selective inhibitor of PPP1R15B regulatory phosphatase.
- High-affinity binding to R15B-PP1c (Kd ≈ 33 nM).
- Approximately 30-fold selectivity over R15A-PP1c.
- Crosses the blood-brain barrier for CNS studies.
- High-purity research reagent suitable for in vitro and in vivo work.
- Available in multiple small pack sizes for dose-ranging studies.
