The RapiFluor-MS Dextran Calibration Ladder was developed to fully utilize the BEH glycan column for glycan profiling. It enables calibration of glycan profiles from UPLC-HILIC/FLR systems, assigning glucose unit (GU) values. This calibration ladder provides good peak shape and reliable identification from 2 to 30 Glucose Units, extending the range of other dextran ladder standards and improving large glycan retention time assignment.

- Synthesized via ethanolamine reductive amination and rapid labeling with RapiFluor-MS.
