This is a 3-channel manual staining kit (Version: 1200-MA) that enables immunofluorescent detection of epithelial circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The kit contains a nuclear dye, a panel of antibodies and reagents for the detection of CD45 (to exclude WBC), cytokeratin(CK) and epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM). Samples are stained manually and imaged on a CyteFinder Instrument. The kit contains 100 slides, instructions and protocols for staining and scanning and guidelines for interpreting results.
