This is a 3-channel kit (Version: 0900-VB) that enables immunofluorescent detection of epithelial circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The kit contains a nuclear dye, a panel of antibodies and reagents for detection of CD45 (to exclude WBC), cytokeratin (CK), and epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM). Samples are stained by a Ventana DISCOVERY ULTRA automated staining system and imaged on a CyteFinderInstrument. The kit contains 250 slides, instructions and protocols for staining and scanning and guidelines for interpreting results.
