This is a 3-channel kit (Version: 0700-MA) that enables immunofluorescent detection of epithelial circulating tumor cells (CTCs). The kit contains a nuclear dye [4′,6-Diamidine-2′-phenylindole dihydrochloride (DAPI)], a panel of antibodies and reagents for the detection of CD45 (to exclude WBC), cytokeratin(CK) and epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM). Samples are stained manually and imaged on a CyteFinderInstrument. The kit contains 80 slides, instructions and protocols for automated staining and scanning and guidelines for interpreting results.
