The MyBioSource Rat D-Dimer ELISA Kit quantitatively measures D-Dimer in various biological fluids using a sandwich enzyme immunoassay. A 96-well plate coated with a specific antibody captures D-Dimer from samples. Post-wash, a biotinylated anti-D-Dimer antibody and HRP-conjugated streptavidin are added. TMB substrate induces a color change proportional to D-Dimer levels, measured at 450 nm.
