Invitrogen™ Rat Estrogen Receptor beta (aa 467-485) Synthetic Peptide
Shop All Thermo Scientific ProductsDescription
PEP-007 is a synthetic peptide whose sequence is from the C-terminal end of the rat estrogen receptor beta (ER beta). The 19 amino acid sequence extends from amino acids 467 to 485 of ER beta. The sequence of PEP-007 is (amino to carboxy terminus): C-S-S-T-E-D-S-K-N-K-E-S-S-Q-N-L-Q-S-Q This peptide may be used for neutralization and control experiments with the polyclonal antibody that reacts with this product and the mouse and rat ER beta, catalog # PA1-310B. Using a solution with equal weights per unit volume of peptide and corresponding antibody will yield a solution with a large molar excess of peptide that is able to competitively bind the antibody. Reconstitute with 0.1 mL of distilled water.
