Rat Fibronectin, Purified Native Protein (plasma), 1 mg. APPLICATION: Fibronectin is useful for the induction of cell attachment to a variety of surfaces such as plastic and glass tissue culture labware, petri dishes, coverslips, microcarrier beads, etc. Fibronectin is useful for growth and maintenance of cells in low serum conditions. In general, the reconstituted fibronectin should be diluted with sterile physiological saline or serum-free medium to a concentration of 10-50 ug/ml. MOLECULAR WEIGHT: 220 kDa. PURITY: >95%. FORMULATION: Lyophilized from a concentrated 1 mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris Cl pH-7.5. STORAGE: 4*C. SYNONYMS: Cold insoluble globulin, FINC, LETS, MSF, FN.
