Applications Reported: The Alexa Fluor® 488 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control has been reported useful as an isotype control for immunofluorescent staining, flow cytometric analysis, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry. Applications Tested: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 519 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
