Description

Mouse Monoclonal Secondary Antibody

Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects in Rat Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The G28-5 monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with rat IgG1 and IgG2a. It does not react with other Ig isotypes. The BD Horizon RealBlueTM 670 (RB670) Dye is a tandem fluorochrome with an excitation maximum at 492 nm and an emission maximum at 670 nm. It can be used on both spectral and conventional cytometers and is designed to be primarily excited by the Blue laser (488-nm).
