Reaction vessel lid is constructed of 1/4” thick #316 Stainless Steel with a 1/8” thick PTFE gasket underneath. The only material exposed to the reaction is PTFE. Lid has seven openings that accept 45/50 outer PTFE inserts. One neck is a bulk addition port is 80mm reaction flange with o-ring groove. Inserts are secured to the lid using glass filed PTFE nuts. Lid can be used on any ofCG-1968-W style reactors. The flat design reduces the height over the standard glass reaction vessel lids. PLEASE NOTE: SPECIAL NECK SIZES AND CONFIGURATIONS ARE AVAILABLE,.
