  • After the labeled DNA or RNA probe hybridization and wash steps, the sample is incubated with 1X Ready Probes ISH Blocking Solution for 30–60 minutes
  • 1X ReadyProbes ISH Blocking Solution can also be used as diluent for antibodies, avidin, streptavidin, or biotin during incubation steps.
