CXCL12 (SDF-1α) is a small cytokine protein and an agonist for CXCR4. It plays an important role in angiogenesis by recruiting endothelial progenitor cells from the bone marrow through a CXCR4 dependent mechanism. It has been shown to induce the migration of CD34+ stem cells. Provided as 2 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
