The 29F.1A12™-CP178 monoclonal antibody is a recombinant chimeric antibody that reacts with mouse PD-1 (CD279). Its constant region has been switched from rat IgG2a to mouse IgG1, while retaining identical variable domain sequences. This antibody is designed to target PD-1, a cell surface receptor involved in inhibiting T-cell activation and playing key roles in peripheral tolerance.
