Quantity:
1 mg
Description
Measured by its ability to inhibit anti-CD3-induced proliferation of stimulated human T cells. Human T lymphocytes cultured for 72 hours with PHA were incubated for an additional 3 days in 96 well plates coated with 500 ng/mL anti-CD3 and Recombinant Mouse B7-H4 Fc Chimera. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5-3 μg/mL. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
