The protein migrates as 35-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;2e5 of Anti-CLEC12A CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 10 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Human CLEC12A, His Tag (Cat. No. CLA-HF247) and negative control protein respectively. FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
