The protein migrates as 55-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Anti-Human ROR1 Mab at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human ROR1, His Tag (Cat. No. RO1-HF258) with a linear range of 0.08-0.6 μg/mL (QC tested).
