These 7 mm Reflex Wound Clips are part of the Reflex wound closure system, which provides a fast and effective alternative to sutures for closing wounds in research animals. The system is ideal for quickly closing skin incisions made for ALZET pump implantations, enabling researchers to streamline surgeries and save valuable time. The 7 mm Reflex clips are ideal for use in mice and rats, and provide maximum holding force while minimizing skin trauma. The clips are easily applied using the automatic, spring-loaded Reflex Applier (sold separately). After the incision is healed, the wound clips are easily removed using the Reflex Remover (sold separately). Reflex Wound Clips are supplied non-sterile but may be autoclaved.[The Reflex Applier and Reflex Remover are sold separately and can be purchased individually or as part of several kits.]
