RegisPack (USP Code L51) is a Polysaccharide Coated CSP. RegisPack polysaccharide coated chiral columns are made using a unique production process of coating the proven chiral selector on high purity silica gel. RegisPack columns are packed and tested at high pressures for use with both SFC and HPLC mode and can be used under normal phase, reverse phase, and polar organic solvent conditions. Based on a study of 130 chiral compounds performed with the three Regis polysaccharide coated CSPs, 65% of the tested compounds were resolved on RegisPack. Bulk quantity purchases can be provided.
