The NEXTFLEX™ Cas9-gRNA Mito Depletion Enzyme (Human) is a flexible CRISPR-Cas9 module for removing mitochondrial derived sequences from human NGS libraries. It integrates into existing ATAC-seq, DNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, or single-cell workflows at the double-stranded DNA stage, reducing mitochondrial background and focusing reads on nuclear genes and regulatory elements.
