Revvity Health Sciences Inc Revvity Health Sciences Cas9-gRNA Globin Depletion Enzyme, Human, RNA-seq
Supplier: Revvity Health Sciences Inc NOVA802100
This Cas9-gRNA Globin Depletion Enzyme (Human) is a flexible CRISPR-Cas9 module for removing globin-derived sequences from human blood RNA-seq libraries. It integrates into workflows at the double-stranded DNA stage, reducing hemoglobin background to improve transcriptome coverage. It contains 30 guide RNAs targeting HBA1, HBA2, HBB, and HBD loci.
- Reduces globin-derived reads for improved gene sequencing.
- Uses DASH-style CRISPR-Cas9 depletion.
- Pre-complexed Cas9 and guide RNA cleave human globin genes at dsDNA stage.
- Ready-to-use Cas9-gRNA complex.
- Fast reaction: one hour with five minutes hands-on time.
- Compatible with short- and long-read sequencing.
- Depletes 1–10 ng of target dsDNA (library size greater than or equal to 400 bp).
- Suitable for degraded or low-input samples.
- Automation compatible.
- For research use only.
