RG2833 is a brain-penetrant HDAC inhibitor with IC50s of 60 nM and 50 nM for HDAC1 and HDAC3, respectively. The Ki values for HDAC1 and HDAC3 are 32 nM and 5 nM, respectively. It is for research use only.
