Diacylglycerol (DAG) is an important cellular source of arachidonate which may be released by the action of DAG lipase. RHC-80267 selectively inhibits DAG lipase activity in canine platelets (IC50=4 µM), bovine adrenal chromaffin cells, human adrenal glomerulosa cells, rat thyroid lobes and pancreatic minilobules. Alternative name: U-57908, 6-bis-(Cyclohexyloximinocarbonylamino)-hexane. Purity: ≥98% (HPLC). Solubility: Soluble in DMSO (25mg/ml) or 100% ethanol (25mg/ml). Long Term Storage: Ambient.
