Eurofins Discoverx Recombinant Human BMP - 7, 10 µg. (92-1225)
Supplier: Eurofins Discoverx 921225
Bone morphogenetic protein 7 (BMP-7) is a signaling protein and member of the TGFβ superfamily that induces cartilage and bone formation, particularly osteoblast differentiation. BMP-7 is expressed in the brain, kidneys and bladder, and has roles in calcium regulation, bone homeostasis, and epithelial osteogenesis. Inhibits TGF-β cascade-induced fibrosis and biases tissues toward mesenchymal-epithelial transition. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits. Ligands are conveniently supplied with a recommended reconstitution buffer. For detailed information and product-specific datasheet, visit www.discoverx.com/ligands.
