CCL27 is a cytokine protein associated with the homing of memory T lymphocytes to the skin, and tumor progression. It is instrumental in T cell-mediated inflammation of the skin and may be involved in the pathogenesis of inflammatory skin conditions. CCL27 is expressed in many tissues, including the gonads, thymus, placenta, and the skin. CCL27 acts as an agonist for CCR10. Provided as 5 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
