Interleukin 10 (IL-10) is an anti-inflammatory cytokine protein and mediator of the immune response. Induces pleiotropic effects in immunoregulation and inflammation, enhances B cell survival and proliferation, and induces antibody production. Activates the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, and blocks NFkB activity and synthesis of multiple cytokines, including IFN-gamma, IL-2, IL-3, TNF, and GM-CSF. Agonist for IL10RA and IL10RB. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
