Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor, M-CSF, is an agonist for CSF1R and a potent hematopoietic factor and regulator of cellular proliferation, differentiation, and survival for blood monocytes, tissue macrophages, and their respective progenitor cells. M-CSF has also been shown to play important roles in modulating dermal thickness and fertility, and is clinically used in the treatment of infection, malignancies and atherosclerosis. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
