Relaxin-3 is a protein hormone structurally similar to insulin which is expressed primarily in the brain and the central nervous system. Relaxin-3 has also been identified as a biased ligand for the RXFP3 (GPR135) receptor. Provided as 5 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter,  PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
