Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is a cytokine protein and agonist for IL7R. It is responsible for inducing the release of T cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and enhancing maturation of myeloid dendritic cells, such as Langerhans cells. TSLP induces allergic inflammation by directly activating mast cells. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer. These highly purified, pre-validated control ligands have been used to qualify our InCELL Hunter, PathHunter and cAMP Hunter cell lines as well as our Assay Ready Kits.
